MEET ROSE
Rose Mercer is twenty years old, Irish, and Thomas Edward Mercer’s older sister. A familiar face to a brother who cannot quite hold on to the memory of her, she arrives carrying the history Bellweather tried to change.
Readers first meet Rose by name in Chapter Twenty-Five, The Room That Remembers, when the Lantern Room goes dark and someone is sitting on Evelyn’s stool.

HER FIRST APPEARANCE
When the lights fail at the Lantern Room, Morgan, DC, and Thomas discover a young woman sitting at the bar. Her dark hair is pinned back, and she is wearing a red coat. Thomas recognizes her before he can explain why.
Her name is Rose. She tells them she is Thomas’ sister, opening a question Bellweather has kept buried: how can you forget someone who was part of your life?
