Processing Time: Production timelines may vary, but your order will be crafted and shipped within 7-9 business days.

Cancellations or Changes: You have 2 days from placing your order to request changes or cancellations. After this period, we will begin the production process, and no further changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Unique Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur, adding to the uniqueness of each item.

Final Sale on Custom Items: All custom-made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Non-custom items may still be eligible for returns or exchanges following our regular return policy.
